In no way can a user of our services disguise where the message is coming from; all information about the source is sent to the recipient. We are strongly opposed to spamming and we will make every effort to discourage the sending of spam. All clients of either the CreateEmailCampaigns software and/or the service are required to agree to our terms of use which clearly outline our policies. Any clients that are in violation of our stated terms will be deactivated without refund.
All mail sent through the CreateEmailCampaigns send service will require an unsubscribe link. All unsubscribes will be processed within a 48 hour period.
CreateEmailCampaigns does not rent or sell lists of any type or description, nor does it allow its clients to transmit email to third-party, rented, purchased or “harvested” email lists.
